SEAL Systems has tools and methods for structuring, controlling, administering and distributing information and documents.
With the increasing need for compliance, both legislative and company imposed, SEAL Systems tools are designed to assist in fulfilling these requirements.
Compliance applies to companies and institutions as well as the public sector.
Controlled print
This output can be either printed or electronically distributed. Distribution jobs along with data such as sender, recipient and usage confirmation can be stored and evaluated in the SEAL Systems data base .
Controlled printing - stamping and watermarking - can be used in:

- Document distribution for SAP DMS/PLM
- Document distribution for CAD/PDM/PLM/DMS
- Document distribution for Records Management
- Direct Transmittal Management
Controlled view
With the capability of applying additional stamping and watermarking, version control and process information can be included when viewing documents. This functionality can be applied to the document and printed directly from the viewer.

Conversion
SEAL Systems software can produce long term and neutral formats from data and documents created in their original applications. This makes the data both readable and reproducable in the long term .
The conversion process can be undertaken by the following:
- Conversion server for SAP DMS
- Common conversion tools for PDM/DMS/CAD and Office
- RM Convert
- Quality assurance for PDF
Signatures
Signature pages enable the automatic generation and application of electronic signing and approvals.

Baselining/Snapshots
The SEAL Systems publishing process enables the automatic creation of baseline documents. These documents can then be stored as a 1:1 copy in a non-changeable long term and neutral format.
