DMS Expo in September in Cologne

The DMS Expo is the biggest fair for electronic information and document management. SEAL Systems will present developments there. Visit us at the booth of the PDF/A Competence Center (G059).

This year there are three focuses: New version of PDF Longlife Suite PDF Longlife Suite is the standard tool from SEAL Systems for evaluation of the archiving standard PDF/A. Now version 2.1.1 was released. The suite consists of methods for check and adaption of PDF files according the PDF/A standard, graphical environment for ordering and view of check results and a batch client for integration into application processes. Highlights of the new version:

  • Enhanced meta data check
  • Check of 3D annotations and JavaScript enhanced
  • New check profile PDFA1Bstrict
  • History entriy for PDF/A adjustments by PDF Longlife Suite
  • Log file in XML format
  • GUI optimization for improved usability

For SAP® Records Management: Record2go
Complete records or part of them for the mobile usage and as archiving object – this is the solution Record2go. The record and document structure is completely represented with PDF containing structure information and contents. Record2go is available as a supplement for SAP Records Management. The record and document selection is done interactively or automated. With the DPF technology from SEAL Systems contents are converted to PDF or PDF/A and then compiled with all structure information.

For SAP document management DMS: process printing
Complete output of forms and documents from SAP. In the correct sequence and with provisioni of all documents of a business process in one single process. This functionality is now available for more than 20 different SAP objects and processes. This means for example: procurement, maintenance, quality, production, customer order, change management, project structure and netplan. This means: saving in time, significant effort reduction and optimized process quality.
