As in evey year in January or February SEAL Systems offers its customers the opportunity to give their feedback. On a scale of 1 (very satisfied) to 5 (not acceptable) services and products could be judged. The questions covered different ranges as there were service, project office, development, sales, and administration. Additionally our customers could give their statement about the importance of some service areas.
Furthermore there were questions on judgements about SEAL Systems as an enterprise (recommendation rate, innovation capability, ...).
About 130 customers gave their answers. All these participants judged our services with an average mark of 2,02. This is an improvement compared with the last year’s result (2,10).
For the first time the poll was evaluated separated by sales regions.

Besides the fixed questions all participants had the opportunity to express their opinion with free statements for acceptance, critisism, and suggestions for improvement. Here are some statements from North America, for which we are happy about, but also caused some thinking about it: "...an easier install and trouble shooting guide". "More product information. I believe we could add more value to our business". "Response time when I had a question or problem was great". "SEAL Systems is the best SAP 3rd party I have ever dealt with".

Among all participants we drew five SEAL Systems sauna towels. The winners are:

Angela Strauß is responsible for quality management at SEAL Systems: "Since 1996 we carry out this yearly customer survey. During this period the overall estimation was between 1,93 and 2,16.
Product and service quality are essential factors for success. Only then projects can be quickly and economically started. Therefore we are dependent on regular evaluation from our customers in order to improve our processes continuously.
They say: ‚The race for quality does not know a finishing line’. In this sense we feel newly challenged every year."
